Arthur Stephens Miller

Arthur Miller entered eternal rest on Monday January 13, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was a native of Richmond Hill, GA and educated in the Bryan County Public Schools.

To know Arthur was to love him. He never met a stranger. He loved to laugh, joke, ride his bike, dance to Michael Jackson, and have a good time.  Arthur worked hard and was always willing to lend a helping hand.  If you knew Arthur personally, you can hear him say " Hey Baby", " I love you, Baby",  "just email me" or " let me hold two dollars". Whenever around Arthur he was sure to make you laugh and bring a smile to your face.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver L. Cowart, Sr. and China M. Cowart.

He is survived by his sisters, Irene Jenkins, Elizabeth (Ozzie) Frazier, Sallie Cowart, Olivia Scriven, Hazel Stevens, Sylvia Johnson, Ella Rebecca Stevens, Janice Stevens, Florence Stevens, Lennette Blige; brothers, Oliver L. Cowart Jr., Jimmy (Lou) Brooks. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Friday, January 24, 2020 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with burial in Daniel Baptist Cemetery.
