Anita Kiser Hamm, 91, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in Richmond Hill, Georgia. She was born in Jacksonboro, South Carolina and was a graduate of Winthrop College.  She was a long time resident of Savannah where she was a teacher of adult education at Hunter Air Force Base for four years.  She retired after teaching in the Chatham County school system for 32 years.  She was a member of White Bluff Presbyterian Church for over 50 years and then a member of Christ Presbyterian Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Brooks Hamm, Sr.; son, Brooks Hamm, Jr.; and twin sister, Veda Godwin.

She is survived by her son, Carl Hamm and wife Debbie of Richmond Hill; Grandchildren, Amy Faircloth and husband Adam, Mason Hamm, Kacie Gaines and husband William, Kyle Hamm and wife Nancy, and Mallory Hamm; Great Grandchildren, Garrett Faircloth, Blake Faircloth, and Liam Gaines and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 8 from 5-7 p.m. at Richmond Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 9 at 11 a.m. at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
